The purpose of this PAIA page is to inform stakeholders how Cresta College complies with PAIA and POPIA, outlines the process for requesting information, and explains which records are publicly available. It also provides contact details for submitting requests and seeking assistance.
PAIA enables access to information held by the school, subject to legally defined exemptions. It works alongside POPIA to balance transparency with privacy and other rights.
